[Weblogic] WLS_DIAGNOSTICS cannot open file WLS_DIAGNOSTICS000000.DAT

Weblogic Error :

The persistent file store "WLS_DIAGNOSTICS" cannot open file WLS_DIAGNOSTICS000000.DAT

Fix :
delete the “tmp” and “data” directories in the managed servers and restart.
